Ontario City Library - Lewis Family Branch
The Lewis Family Branch of the Ontario City Library is a joint use library, located on the campus of Colony High School. Their makerspace is not as large as the dedicated space in the main branch, but it contains a lot in a small area, including two 3D printers, a Carvey CNC Router (desktop size), Cricut paper cutting machines, Harry Potter Coding Wands, Ozobot robots, a 360 degree camera, and equipment that you can check out – such as a small Cricut machine, a programable robot, and an electronics kit. Call ahead for staffing availability. You will also need a free library card and a free Lightspeed makerspace card with some basic safety training before being allowed to use the equipment.
Unique To This Space: The Carvey CNC desktop router for carving wood and other soft materials.
